Welcome to the God-theFather website! The idea started with my brother, Mike, who wanted to share some of his pictures, t-shirts, and thoughts on God. The God-theFather (GTF) website has since evolved to include blogs from Marvello V, Tina Marie, and Gung Kwan Yee. You can learn more about each of us down below.

We consider God-theFather a spiritual portal that people can refer to on topics like recovery (from hurts, habits, & hangups), mental illness, and grief. Each of the bloggers have their spiritual base in the God of the Bible. Our blogs and videos include elements of our faith and belief in a loving God. A God Who Heals, a God Who Loves, and a God Who Is There for you.

 

We hope something we’ve shared on this portal helps you and/or someone you know. We also encourage you to contact us. We monitor our emails and social media posts because we all know the journey through life is easier when someone understands how you feel. Let one of us be here for you if you need someone to talk with.

About Marvello V (the short story)

​

Marvello V is a pseudonym inspired by a new identity on The Path of Love. Marvello has a degree in Christian Leadership & Theology from William Jessup University in Rocklin, CA. He currently co-leads Project HEAL, a recovery group affiliated with Project Church (Sacramento and West Sacramento).

​

Marvello also has a 2nd degree black belt in Aikido, a brown belt in Taekwando, and studied Jeet Kun Do for over 7 years. Martial arts is one of his passions and he continues to study and practice the arts. Marvello believes the practice of spirituality leads us to bring our mind, body, and soul together as one. 

​

Marvello V’s inspiration comes from years of writing journals and collecting quotes from articles, books and movies on various topics. He is fascinated with the idea that the spirit of love infiltrates all areas of our lives. Marvello is on a constant search for wisdom and the betterment of his humanity. After several years into complete sobriety, he wanted to share his story and lessons learned with the hope it might help others.
