What is forgiveness?
Forgiveness means different things to different people. Generally, however, it involves a decision to let go of resentment and thoughts of revenge.

I can’t emphasize enough that unforgiveness is like a poison that inhabits your body and leaches into the way you think, feel, and communicate. By both asking for forgiveness and forgiving others, you cure yourself of the poison and allow your mind, heart, and body to clean-up; to be purified if you will.
